Go For It (Basic), Lesson 50 - Been there, done that

Lesson 50 - Been there, done that

I know some people who've done lots of cool things

and never cared about saving or investing money.

The first impression I had about them is that they were

reckless and inconsequent; I thought they didn't care about their future.

But as I had more opportunities to spend time with old people

so I could talk about what they believed to be

the most important things in life I've realized

that financial safety is indeed important but it shouldn't

prevent you from running after your dreams and enjoying life.

After all, when we all get to the end of the line

we'll have nothing but memories, feelings and close people.

I now think “been there, done that” is a really cool thing to say.
