Your account has been temporarily restricted. Either you have *exceeded the Active Assignments limit for your account or your **last payment was declined.
You will not be able to add new Assignments to your WorkDesk until you do one of the following:
- Upgrade your membership and add a payment method to increase your Active Assignments limit.
- Delete or archive Assignments to stay within your current limit.
**Active Assignments limit exceeded
If you have more Active Assignments in your WorkDesk than you are allowed by your currently selected membership level, your account will be frozen and you will not be able to add new Assignments to your account. You have not lost any data from your account but you must now either delete or archive Assignments from your WorkDesk or select a new membership level with a larger Active Assignments limit. You will then be able to access new Assignments once again.
*Last payment declined
If the credit card you have on file is declined or you don't have enough money in your cash account to pay for your selected membership, your account will be frozen and your membership level will be temporarily changed to Free. You have not lost any of your data but you must now re-select a new membership level and enter a valid credit card or add a lump sum payment to your account.
