Why can't I log in to LingQ?

If you are unable to log in to your LingQ account, please try deleting your cookies. This should fix the problem.

To delete cookies, open your browser (ie. Internet Explorer) and click on Tools and then on Internet Options. You should then see Browsing history and the sentence "Delete temporary file, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web information." Click the Delete button and then the Delete Cookies button.
