Known issues, Wednesday, July 25

I just wanted to identify a few issues that have been brought to our attention with the new version we uploaded last night.

  1. Some of you may have trouble logging in and will be asked to check your cookies. It may be enough to simply refresh the login screen or close your browser and reopen it. If you still are having problems, delete your cookies. See FAQ on deleting cookies.
  2. Our system is not attaching any LingQ's (saved words or phrases) from any newly imported content to the item in the WorkDesk. This means that these words are added to the Vocabulary list but do not appear highlighted in the Item text and don't appear in the Saved LingQs list in the WorkDesk.
  3. Some of you are having trouble making your images the correct size to be accepted in the  Imported Content section. Click her for instructions on how to resize your image to 120 pixels by 120 pixels and click here to get your image file size under 40 kb.

We are working to resolve issue number two as quickly as possible.
