Update complete; Share your content

We completed our update a few hours ago. Thanks for your patience.

None of the updates were too major and no, we haven't yet added the Write, Events or Pronounce sections! What we have added is a way for you to share content you find with other members. You will see a new tab on the right hand side called Upload. The Upload section functions in the same way as the Import Content section. Click here to see a video demo of Upload. The only difference is that after you save a new item you will then see a new button at the bottom of the screen called Save & Submit. By clicking this button, you are submitting your content to be reviewed by our editors and if approved, to be added to the Store.

We think this will be a fun activity and a great help to other members and to us, of course! This will enable us to build up our Store in other languages more quickly than if we have to do it ourselves. You can either find content on the web that is copyright free or record content in your native language and transcribe it. All we require is that the content be available in both audio and text. Record some of your blog posts or some out of copyright books. Record a conversation with your friends. It's all good content.

We will be posting some content guidelines and content creation FAQ's in the next few days. If you do have questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to email us.  We're very much looking forward to seeing your content!

One other change you will notice is the new gray language indicator at the top left of the screen. You can click on this indicator to change your language.
